Product Marketing Manager

HIgh Wycombe 50K - 60K Great benefits Permanent

Job Reference: 33269

Product Marketing Manager | Buckinghamshire (Hybrid) | £50-60k DOE + Benefits

Hands-on product marketing role with plenty of variety, autonomy, and purpose – helping bring innovative medical devices to market.

This isn’t your average marketing job.

You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of specialised medical devices, guiding them from early market testing to full commercial launch – and then keeping them relevant. That means getting stuck into everything from product strategy and messaging to pricing, sales enablement, and post-market analysis.

It’s a genuinely varied role, reporting to the Global Marketing Director and working closely with sales, regulatory, R&D and external agencies. One day you might be scripting a product video, the next you’re briefing a PR team or chatting to clinicians about what’s working (and what isn’t).

There’s a fair bit of travel too. Expect weekly UK trips to clinics or exhibitions, plus monthly travel across Europe or to the US.

If you like the idea of ownership, collaboration and seeing your work directly impact the business, this could be a great fit.

Who You’d Be Joining

This is a long-established medical device company based in the South East, developing and supplying innovative solutions that make a real difference in patient care. With over 30 years in the industry, they’re big enough to offer stability but small enough that your work will have real impact.

The team culture is one of the standout features: collaborative, down-to-earth, and genuinely supportive. You’ll be joining a close-knit group where people tend to stick around for the long haul. Many team members have been here for 10+ years – not because they have to, but because they want to. Expect to be backed, not micromanaged.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the marketing strategy for a defined product portfolio

  • Creating and delivering product launch plans

  • Supporting sales with messaging, tools and training

  • Developing content – from case studies and clinical results to video scripts and social media

  • Liaising with KOLs and beta sites to gather insight and build advocacy

  • Analysing usage data, sales feedback and market research to shape future direction

  • Presenting internally and externally on product positioning and value

  • Working with agencies on campaigns and PR where relevant

  • Helping ensure product availability and regulatory compliance

  • Attending UK clinics and events weekly, and travelling internationally (mainly Europe or the US) on a monthly basis

What You’ll Need

  • Solid experience in product marketing or a related role

  • Background in Life Sciences, Law, Economics or a similar intellectual field (degree or equivalent)

  • Confidence communicating across teams and with clinicians

  • Digital marketing knowledge, including social media

  • A hands-on, collaborative mindset

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to travel regularly in the UK and internationally

  • Bonus: experience in the medical device sector
