Your basic salary will be extremely competitive, we also have uncapped monthly and quarterly bonus schemes.
Hybrid working option & stress-free commuting
You can opt to work a hybrid working from home system and when you come to the office you will have free parking in Horsham town centre, worth £1,000 a year.

Giving back
At Harris Lord, we value giving our time to local causes as much as spending time together. Each year we partner with several local charities to donate some of our profits and raise funds by running our own or entering organised events. In the last few years, we've done everything from Dragon Boat Racing, to completing epic cycle challenges, pancake racing, and cake bake sales. We have also volunteered our time by getting green-fingered helping build community gardens and helping to wrap presents for children at Christmas.

Horsham Lions Club
Horsham Lions Club is part of the worldwide organisation of Lions Clubs International which is network of 1.3 million men and women across more than 200 countries. Lions are men and women who volunteer their time to humanitarian causes in their local communities.
Mind
Mind is a mental health charity in England and Wales. Founded in 1946 as the National Association for Mental Health, it celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2016. Mind offers information and advice to people with mental health problems and lobbies government and local authorities on their behalf
