We have recently completed our first successful search project with Harris Lord Life Sciences. They took a detailed brief on a senior role within Sterile Manufacturing that we had been struggling to fill. They spent time with all stakeholders including the Hiring Manager and the HR Team to fully understand our requirements and process.
